The Northallerton Inn generally pleases guests with its modern and clean rooms, often described as spacious and comfortable. Many appreciate the convenient on-site parking and the tasty breakfast, served fresh rather than as a buffet. While some guests have noted issues like cold food service during busy periods or noise from outside, the location in town and the good food at the restaurant bar downstairs are recurring highlights.

The recently updated decor immediately impressed me. I found ample plug sockets and usb ports conveniently placed. The shower was excellent, providing consistent water pressure and temperature.. I appreciated the little touches.
The bar area was slightly noisy in the evening, I think that earplugs would be a good idea.

solid stay!

off-street parkingconnected tvfriendly staffcentral location
the hotel provided ample off-street parking, a definite plus. the room included a connected tv, i found the wifi reliable. the staff were young and friendly. the location was central, i liked the easy access to the town.
i ordered simple sandwiches for lunch, but one was on cheap, toasted white bread. the fillings lacked flavor. the chips were also greasy.
Rooms
9/10
the room was clean and well kept. a massive comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room was very quiet. the dark ambiance contributed to a comfortable sleep environment, i found.
Location
8/10
the hotel benefits from a location on the market square. the location makes the town a great base for exploring the area. there is outside seating available with views onto the main street, it's good.
Dining
9/10
i dined in the hotel both nights , i was pleased with the food. the bar and dining space offer a relaxed environment. the breakfast included tasty and fresh options during breakfast hours.
